Kangaroo skewer with beans and dauphinois

INGREDIENTS
Kangaroo skewer (+/- 5min)
2 x 250g kangaroo fillet
8 wooden skewers
pepper and salt
Gratin dauphinois (+/- 60min)
+/- 1kg potatoes
salt
pepper
nutmeg
thyme
250g grated cheese
0.5l cream
Beans (+/- 15min)
500gr beans
2 red onions
Gratin dauphinois:
Cut the potatoes into slices and arrange them in a buttered oven dish.
Season the potatoes in layers with salt, pepper, thyme and nutmeg.
Sprinkle each layer with some grated cheese.
Fill about 3 / 4th of the oven dish.
Boil the cream and pour it over the oven dish so that the slices of potato just don't go under.
Finally, use the rest of the grated cheese to cover the top layer of potato slices.
Put it in the oven for about 45 minutes.
kangaroo skewer:
Cut the kangaroo fillet into cubes and prick them on the skewers.
Season the skewers to taste with some salt and pepper.
Fry the skewer in the butter on all 4 sides and heat the meat to the core.
Beans:
Clean the beans.
Clean & cut the red onion into slices.
fry the onion in the pan with some butter.
Then add the beans and simmer for another 7 minutes.
Bring everything together on 1 plate and tasty!
