Eland steak met appel

750 gr moose steak
2 sour apples
20 g brown sugar
25 gr butter olive oil
25 ml of lime juice
a splash of brown rum
freshly ground black pepper

Peel the apples and cut them into slices. Sprinkle the apple slices with brown sugar before entering the pan. There they are gently braised in butter. Keep the apples warm. Pepper the steaks and fry nice pink. Remove them from the pan and keep them hot. Deglaze the pan with lime juice and rum.



Pour the sauce first on the plate. Arrange the meat neatly over the sauce and top with apple slices. Serve with a few homemade potato croquettes.

Bring everything together on 1 plate and tasty!
