Skewer of Crocodile Cheeks

Crocodile cheeks
groundnut oil
chicken bouillon
1 mango
1 red onion
piece of ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 apple
2 tablespoons of sugar candy
half a lime
Pepper and salt

Place the crocodile cheeks in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of groundnut oil and season well with salt and pepper. Set aside.


Stew the finely chopped red onion until translucent. Cut the mango and apple into cubes and simmer with the onions with the onions. Add the sugar and juice of half a lime and simmer on low heat under the lid.


Stick the cheeks on skewer sticks and briefly fry them on a heavy fire golden yellow.


Put the rice in a cooking pot and add twice as much chicken stock. Cook the rice until done.
