Black Angus, the Rolls-Royce of beef. Exceptionally tender, juicy and slightly salty in taste. The meat is of a consistently high quality and is known for its marbling through a specific fat infiltration. This is because after 26 months on the grass pastures, the cattle are fed for 120 days with grains and corn. The meat is naturally very tasty, so baking is a breeze. Originally the black Black Angus cattle came from Scotland, but now they are farmed worldwide. Deli Ostrich only imports Australian grain-fed beef.
