Impala Striploin fillet is a top quality fillet weighing about 1 kg. It is available vacuumpacked per piece or skinpacked per portion of about 200 gr.

Impala Hindlegs are deboned hindlegs without shank and available vacuumpacked per piece.

Impala 4-cut are the four most important parts of the hindleg. They are ready to use and available in bulk (the four parts together) per 2,25 kg in 10 kg boxes.

Impala Steaks are cut out of the hindleg (4-cut) and are variable in weight. They are available in skinpack, packed per piece.

Deboned shoulder, neck and skinpacked shoulder or legroast are also available.
