Eland Striploin fillet and fillet is extremely tender and nice in texture. Each fillet is vacuumpacked seperately and weighs about 3,5 kg each. They are packed in fixed weight boxes of 10 kg each.

Eland 4-cuts are the main muscles from the hindlegs, totally trimmed and vacuumpacked per muscles of ± 3 kg. They are packed in boxes of 2 to 3 bags. Ideal for steak or roast.

Eland Deboned Shoulder shoulder bone out. Vacuumpacked per 2,5 kg. Ideal for roast or goulash.

Eland Deboned Neck is deboned meat from the neck that is cut into cubes. Ideal for stew. Vacuumpacked per 1 kg and 10 bags per box of 10 kg.
