Blesbok Hindlegs are deboned without shank and available in bulkpackaging per 2,5 kg. Blesbok 4-cut are the four most important parts of the hindleg. They are ready to use and available in bulk (the four parts together) per 2,5 kg. Blesbok Steaks are cut out of the hindleg (4-cut) and are variable in weight.
