Kudu Striploin fillet is a top quality fillet weighing about 3 kg available vacuumpacked in bulkpackaging, and skinpacked in portions of about 250 gr.

Kudu 4-cut are the four most important parts of the hindleg. They are ready to use and available in bulk per 2,5 kg.

Kudu Steaks are cut out of the hindleg (4-cut) and are variable in weight. They are available in skinpack, packed per piece.

Goulash and deboned shoulder are also available.
