Springbok Striploin fillet is a top quality fillet of the saddle, weighing about 700 gr available vacuumpacked in bulkpackaging, per two, and skinpacked in portions of about 250 gr.

Springbok filet, Buter tender filets ca 100 gr per piece. Vacuumpacked by 2 kg

Springbok Hindlegs are deboned without shank and available in bulkpackaging per 1,5 kg.

Springbok 4-cut are the four most important parts of the hindleg. They are ready to use and available in bulk (the four parts together) per 1,5 kg.

Springbok Steaks are cut out of the hindleg (4-cut) and are variable in weight. They are available in skinpack, packed per piece.

Goulash, deboned shoulder and neck are also available.
