Crocodile Apero's are small tournedos of 30 - 80 gr, seasoned with spices and breadcrum. They are ready to use and have a mild cheesetaste. Available vacuumpacked in bulk, about 15 pieces per bag and in skinpack, 2 or 3 pieces per tray. Crocodile Goulash is meat from the body and the neck and is ideal for stew or brochettes. Available vacuumpacked in bulk per 1 kg-bag and in skinpack of about 200 gr. Crocodile Tail eye is a very tender fillet from the tail of the crocodile. Available vacuumpacked in bulk per 500 gr and in skinpack of about 200 gr. Crocodile Steaks of about 250-500 gr are vacuumpacked per 1 kg or skinpacked on tray of about 200 gr. Crocodile fillet from the tail is a very tender flat fillet of about 350 gr available as well in bulk as in skinpack. Crocodile Necksteak is the second quality steak and weighs about 150 gr Available as well in bulk as in skinpack. Crocodile Carpaccio is carpaccio made from the tailfilets.
