Kangaroo Striploin and Loin are best and second best quality fillets and weigh about 250 gr. They are available in bulkpackaging, per two, and skinpacked per piece.

Kangaroo Long fillet is the third quality fillet, it's smaller fillet and weighs about 120 gr. This fillet is available in bulkpackaging, per 500 gr, and skinpacked per two.

Kangaroo Rump is the best and most tender piece from the leg and weighs about 450 gr. Rump is available in bulkpackaging, per 500 gr, and skinpacked in portions of about 200 gr.

Kangaroo Topside is a good steak from the upperleg, weighs about 250 gr and is available in bulkpackaging, per 500 gr, and skinpacked in portions of about 200 gr.
