Ostrich » 17 Deli Ostrich cuts

Triangle fillet, Eye fillet, Tournedos, Oyster fillet, Long fillet, Tenderloin and Steak Cuts
are available in three types of packaging:

  • Bulkpackaging is the original packaging, each different cut is vacuumpacked in bags of 2,5 kg.
  • Portioned packaging is designed for restaurants and catering industry. The client chooses the specific weight of the portioned fillets and steaks. Fillets and steaks are vacuumpacked in bags of five pieces.
  • Skinpackaging is a typical retail packaging. Each skinpack weighs about 200 gr and is vacuumpacked and labeled indicating all necessary information. Portioned steak or fillet can also be packed on skinpack.

Ostrich Roast is one piece of meat dressed with fine slices of porkfat or bacon. It is individually skinpacked and weighs
about 600 gr.

Ostrich Super diced A are best quality cutoffs, free of senuw and fat containing 90% meat and are vacuumpacked per 2,5 kg.

Ostrich Ham is cooked with edge in pepper or smoked and vacuumpacked per blok of about 1,25 kg
